Or if you are somewhere else, I would pay speedservices both ways.Or if you have a cool new game that has 4.3u and are willing it go for a good price, please let me know. However, I did a bit more research and it seems that the 4.3 is in fact the latest firmware. It seems that the problem is with the shop channel. You can still play games, mess around with your cute Mii avatars and even fiddle with your television a bit.But before you hop into the gaming, patch or no patch, you're going to have to run through a bit of setup.I don't exactly want to go out and pay R500 for one of the latest games just to do an update.Does anyone in Centurion/Braamfontein area have a game I could borrow overnight?
I guarantee you it will work after the "update" has gone through. Because this is actually the 25th anniversary edition console spe, which came with New Super Mario Bros.
I couldn't update to the latest firmware so I browsed the forum and discovered that there are service provider issues.
However, I have tried 3 different service providers (mweb, Afrihost and Vodacom) and still can't update. I browsed around and it seems that the easiest way to fix this is get a game with update to 4.3u on it.
Or if there are any other solutions anyone could recommend, I would really appreciate them. It has been updated on 09 March 2011 and now I can't access the shop without applying the update, but I can't download the update.
So I think there is something wrong with the console itself.
