This is part 11 of the tutorial that describes the techniques necessary to build an Excel RTD server.I am having a problem with the RTD function not working in Windows 7 64 bit system Originally I downloaded an file that did not open with Excel 2003 on my windows XPSo after some research found that by upgrading the Excel 2003 to sp3 and using the Microsoft compatibility conversion pack I was able to open it and seems to be working At least I am getting the data from the server The server in this case is Think or swim So because the TOS program is very slow on my windows xp I figured why not install it on my Windows 7 machine So I installed the same version of Excel 2003 and upgraded to sp3 and the compatibility packbut for some reason I am not getting any data from the server All I am getting is N/A in every cell that has the RTD function So I am not sure what could be causing this Is it because the system is 64 bit ?
