Biological/Physiological/Hormonal Testosterone levels are, on average, (like melanin) measurably different across races - specifically, Black Asian. Testosterone is what morphs the faces of boys into men - adult men with the medical condition of testosterone deficiency (Hypogonadism) have slight builds, undefined brows and some of the other physical deficiencies that the OP paints "all" Asian men.
It’s nice that we are seeing some , which is a sign of progress, but it’s still a case of the exception doesn’t prove the rule.
I was actually married to a white woman and had experience with online dating so I believe I’m qualified to answer this question.
One time, I messaged a few of these Asian women about why they won’t date Asian men, and the response was a very indignant “everyone is entitled to their preference”, and the obligatory, “I have a super hot white friend who only dates Asian guys.” It’s not the same thing as what black people go through everyday, but it still sucks. Through sheer chance, I married one of these mythical white woman who had a strong preference for Asian men (though we each married our “own kind” the second time around).
